I know I've talked about this software several times in class, but I'm so excited about it. My access allows students to upload essays and assignments and get instant writing feedback. It's a lot like the writing center without a human being. Each time a student submits a paper, they get tips in order to bring their writing to the next level. Tips include things as simple as verb agreement, spelling errors, and sentence fragments. The software also can pinpoint weak sections of a paper and suggest stronger thesis statement or examples.
The teacher sets the parameters for the assignment and then students start uploading. The teacher can assign a minimum and maximum amount of submits for papers as well. This technology can help any writer improve.

Martha,
This is so cool. I too think that is a wonderful source. These days students and others really don't have time to sit and do this unless its there job. I think this give studnets no reason to not have someone look at their paper.
