Improving Instruction with Interactive Whiteboards

I am so intrigued by this educators way of procuring the money for whiteboards. Obviously, if the school invested a little more money in projectors and boards, there would be no need for old equipment like TV's and other AV systems. It would be worth paying a little more to upgrade than spend money on repairing the same old equipment. It is also interesting that even though upgrading to interactive whiteboards has obviously helped classrooms, it hasn't given everyone the automatic go to get one. It has still been a slow process for the schools to upgrade. It gives me hope, though, that even small schools without a lot of money might be able to invest in more state of the art technology equipment
