HTML, webpages, and inspiration

I had a fantastic time today working with HTML. I have seen HTML before, mostly through myspace editing programs, but I am delighted to learn how to do some of those things myself. I found myself wanting to figure out how to do more and more things with HTML and might want to work on creating a webpage for my final project. I found the site creator much more difficult, though, because I had no idea what I was actually doing. Toward the end I was starting to figure out what I was doing, but it still seems to me like a lot of the things aviailable to "add" to the site made it so I had to do something else first in another place. Perhaps with more tinkering through the website I will figure out what I can do. (See how I want to just figure out how to do it through trial and error. Perhaps I am more of a digital native than I thought I was!) I am really excited to play around with both of these programs a lot more to personalize them and use them to my advantage. Tinkering with HTML and the site creator also makes me more interested in investing more time in my blog. Right now, I feel very inspired to discover, create, and explore!
